Biography

Pam joined Madison Square Garden 18 months ago as the SVP Talent Management and Organization Development, to oversee the transformation of MSG’s talent management programs, including performance management, career development, and succession planning and HR systems & analytics. She has broad international Human Resources, Talent Management, Leadership Development and Organizational Development experience within complex global organizations as well as across multiple cultures. She has a passion for designing and implementing strategic HR practices in any industry and driving implementation to ensure the changes are built into the culture. Previously, Pam worked at Cablevision where she led all aspects of talent management, including performance management, engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development and coaching programs.
