Biography

Dr. Tammy Lowry is the Global Head of Talent Innovation at Roche, based in Basel, Switzerland. In this role, she drives innovation across all of the global people practices at Roche and helps shape the culture of the organization for the future. She has over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development, Executive and Leadership Development, Learning and Talent Management. In addition, she has held various Global HR Business Partner roles and led significant cultural change efforts in multiple Fortune 100 companies, including integration following 3 mega-mergers. Her career has spanned the Information Technology, Oil & Gas, and Pharmaceutical industries and her global roles have been based in the US, UK and Europe. Dr. Lowry has a MA in Human Factors Psychology and a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Rice University.
