Biography

JP Elliott, PhD is the Vice President of Talent Management at Dick's Sporting Goods and a business-first HR leader with significant experience leading talent management, organizational design, and culture transformation initiatives that result in improved business performance and ROI.

Prior to joining Dick's, JP was the Senior Vice President of HR for The Brink's Company. Before moving into internal roles, JP was a senior consultant with Sibson Consulting’s Organizational & Talent Practice and at IBM’s Global Business Services.

Along the way, JP took a slight detour from the world of HR and co-founded a successful brand strategy and design firm that featured clients like Warner Bros, Fox, and LEGO to name a few.

JP is a frequent speaker at conferences and contributor to thought leadership in the HR field and co-authored a chapter in The Talent Management Handbook 2nd edition.
