Learning Development Systems for Managers Across Global Organization
To support the implementation of new People Practices, Major Organizations need to provide training for over thousands of HR manager distributed across the global organization. The objectives of the training include both an understanding of the new People Practices Philosophies, the technical details of how to implement them in the system, but also (and most significantly) a shift in the role and mindset of the HR Manager. Face to face training for such a large global population is not possible due to cost and travel constraints.
This report looks at 5 multinational, blue chip organizations who have used digital technology to impact mindset and behavioral change for large geographically dispersed populations. Using publicly available but hard-to-find research, the reports attempts to answer the question:
What design methodologies and/or technologies have been used to effectively impact mindset and behavior change for large-scale (4000+), geographically dispersed populations?
