Biography

Alexy joined Goodyear in 2011 and brings experience from her over five years leading talent management functions at Goodyear and several years prior to that, leading a combined global talent acquisition and talent management team at Diebold Inc. Prior to working for Diebold, she held a number of human resources and business development positions with The Timken Co. She is a certified executive coach through Case Western Reserve University Weatherhead School of Management and holds her senior professional of human resources certification. She is a graduate of Walsh University with a bachelor's degree in communications and a graduate of Kent State University with a Master of Business Administration.
