Biography

John Nelson is a founding member of our Senior Executive Board member at BPI and President of BT&L Partners. He is an internationally recognized thought leader, facilitator, author and speaker on leading successful corporate transformations. John is sought out to facilitate executive team meetings and extended leadership team workshops/conferences to work through strategy clarification, Business Model Generation, organizational design and alignment, leadership/talent development and Culture Transformation. John has been awarded international awards from ASTD for the Transformation of InterContinental Hotels Group and from HRD World Congress for Outstanding Contribution to Global HR and is a member of Worldwide Who's Who. He has authored a chapter is BPI publication, Best Practices in Leadership Development and Organization Change. John has worked internally and externally with some of the world's most respected companies - Apple Computer, AlliedSignal (Honeywell), ARAMARK, BPI, Cargill, Hallmark Cards, InterContinental Hotels Group, Marshall Goldsmith, Medtronic, Reebok International, The RBL Group and QBE Insurance.
