Biography

Ricardo C. Bullock was commissioned a second lieutenant in the United States Army in 1990. As a lieutenant colonel, Ricardo has served at the Pentagon, Washington, D.C. where he served in the office of the Chief of Staff of the Army as an executive officer to the Vice Director of the Army Staff and as a branch chief in the Headquarters, Department of the Army electronic warfare division. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Southwest Asia Campaign Medal, Kuwait Liberation Medal, the Army Staff Badge, and the Parachutist Badge. Ricardo is also the owner and chief executive officer of ARCEBE Consulting Group, specializing in organizational growth and leadership development.
