I spend a lot of time speaking with leaders responsible for helping their teams achieve a measurable business result. They’re attempting to use their next meeting or offsite as a catalyst to accelerate growth.

But they’re often stuck because achieving alignment first requires a particular type of awareness.

They’re stuck because most systems force people to operate in a way that goes against how they’re actually wired.

They’re fighting against “initiative fatigue” because assessments, authors, and consultants have failed to meaningfully or sustainably move the needle.

What that means is they’re experiencing a lot of deserved skepticism resulting in their teams working in a way that’s ultimately not sustainable.
