Jodi has over 24 years’ experience as both a business executive and CEO/Executive Coach. With a relentless focus towards results, she has conducted practical research with Fortune 50 companies on global leadership coaching programs to measure ROI and to leverage leadership outcomes. Jodi has consulted on executive development programs, Action Learning approaches and conducted practical research to evaluate the business impact and outcomes of those initiatives. As an executive coach, Jodi uses her experience in building a company’s strategic leadership capability, leading change, and building behaviors for improved business, interpersonal relationships and leadership impact. She specializes in behaviorally-focused executive coaching for leaders. Jodi also has deep expertise in the area of helping leaders build strong communications and dialogue practices to engage other’s perspective on complex problems, build buy-in, ownership and committed action for change.
