Biography

Larry Peters (Ph.D. in I/O Psychology) is Professor of Management in the Neeley School of Business at Texas Christian University, where he teaches undergraduate, MBA and Executive MBA courses in organizational effectiveness, leadership and change, and consultation. Dr. Peters has been the recipient of three university-level awards for teaching excellence and he was voted to Fellow status in both the Society for I/O Psychology and American Psychological Society for career contributions to scholarship.
