My passion is empowering people to be more effective in their jobs. My tool of choice is online communities. At Paladin I work with enterprise customers to unleash the value of their online employee communities. With my 10 years experience on the Jive platform combined with Paladin’s partnership with Igloo, we are uniquely positioned to guide enterprise customers on their community platform evaluation and migration journey. I have empowered people around the world at McGraw-Hill Education and UBM by leading them to engage in their online employee communities (Enterprise Social Networks) where they can speak up and be heard, connect with peers around the world to learn from each other, and develop collaborative, innovative ways to work more effectively.
