Biography

Since shifting his base of operations to Poland five years ago, John has conducted Leadership Development Intensive (LDI), the seminar based on The Five Questions, for leadership teams of companies like Siemens, Orlen, DHL, BZWBK, Hewitt, AmRest, ING Bank, Netia, Tchibo, ITP and many others. For over 30 years, John has been a highly-respected international expert in large-scale change, conflict-resolution and leadership development. In 2009 Executive Excellence, the Stephen Covey magazine, honored John as one of America’s Top 100 Thought Leaders in Personal/Leadership Development. While John maintains an office in Seattle, Washington, he and Amy Barnes, Co-Directors of Scherer Leadership International, offer their leadership and organization effectiveness services throughout CEE from offices in Krakow and Warszawa.
