Biography

Shannon Banks is Managing Director of Be Leadership Ltd, a modern leadership development company focused on helping organizations, teams and talent thrive in a digital, social and networked world.

Shannon is an award-winning consultant, facilitator and executive coach with extensive experience working with leaders and teams in the commercial sector. She spent 20 years in the technology industry, including 17 years at Microsoft where she held a variety of global leadership roles across the business and HR. Shannon enjoys running, cooking, vegetable gardening and playing Xbox games, and lives outside of London, England, with her husband and 12-year-old daughter Madeline.
